An unexpectedly hard shot by Zygmunt Erland in the 20th minute of play forced Salmuera CP's goalkeeper Eloy Vela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Lech Max fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. The supporters of Lech Max booed when Salmuera CP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Horacio Nevada didn't get a good kick on the ball. 45 minutes into the match, Salmuera CP's goal looked a bit too open when Radomil Andrysiak came free, but Eloy Vela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

Radomil Andrysiak took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 94th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Eloy Vela. Salmuera CP's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.
