Spectators: 7719 (Terracing: 5790, Seating: 1775, VIP seats: 154) Kurt Ahlbeck started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Kurt Ahlbeck came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Haymakers FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kurt Ahlbeck couldn't finish the play. Hermes Soveral kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. The Sporting Royal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

With an all-out effort, Sporting Royal's Davi Isac threw himself towards the right post 51 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Hermes Soveral, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Davi Isac made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alin Dragalina in the 53rd minute. In the 58th minute, Alin Dragalina got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dorin Borza kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Lucrețiu Roșeanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Villiam Tidén, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Alin Dragalina blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Davi Isac having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alin Dragalina got free with Davi Isac in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Sporting Royal's Alin Dragalina slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Davi Isac. That made the score 0-2 after 65 minutes of play. The supporters of Sporting Royal booed when Haymakers FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arman Åberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 78 played minutes Haymakers FC got a freekick which was hit by Arman Åberg. Davi Isac came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Sporting Royal's Alin Dragalina. But to his dismay, Alin Dragalina quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. After 85 minutes, Dorin Borza mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sporting Royal and the Haymakers FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 86 played minutes Sporting Royal got a freekick which was hit by Dorin Borza. When Stig-Åke Nyman fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Haymakers FC's protests and gave Stig-Åke Nyman a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Haymakers FC's Stig-Åke Nyman got a free kick in the 87th minute. Bum-Kun Kun kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Sporting Royal had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
