The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 6 minutes, Wit Winnicki managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pégasus F. C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Wit Winnicki was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vivaldo Freire in the 7th minute of play forced Red Devils's goalkeeper Krzysztof Golaszewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Krzysztof Golaszewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuca Tepedino, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Pégasus F. C.'s Wit Winnicki slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Krzysztof Golaszewski. That made the score 1-0 after 17 minutes of play. Wit Winnicki scored 2-0 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Krzysztof Golaszewski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Olgierd Dziuma's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dráusio Pitta was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. 25 minutes into the match, Pégasus F. C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Olgierd Dziuma came free, but Dráusio Pitta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute, Pégasus F. C.'s Samuca Tepedino dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Andrzej Markowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 35 minutes into the match, Red Devils's goalkeeper Krzysztof Golaszewski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Samuca Tepedino. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Chiquinho Urbano during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 36th match minute, Pégasus F. C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chiquinho Urbano to maneuver through the defense. Red Devils's Krzysztof Golaszewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wit Winnicki in the 38th minute of play. In the 38th minute Wit Winnicki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Krzysztof Golaszewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Krzysztof Golaszewski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Ronaldo in the 39th minute. Pégasus F. C. were awarded a corner in the 42th minute after Red Devils's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Samuca Tepedino took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Vitinho das Neves managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuca Tepedino in the 45th minute of play forced Red Devils's goalkeeper Krzysztof Golaszewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpected shot in the 46th minute by Samuca Tepedino got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wit Winnicki stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Borys Haskiewicz hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by César Guerra during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 56 minutes into the game, one of Pégasus F. C.:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Dráusio Pitta, was totally fooled by Red Devils's Damazy Hoffman, who 58 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. The audience was convinced that Olgierd Dziuma's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dráusio Pitta was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. In the 67th minute, Samuca Tepedino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Krzysztof Golaszewski was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. In the 76th match minute, Pégasus F. C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chiquinho Urbano to maneuver through the defense. In the 79th minute, Wit Winnicki ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Krzysztof Golaszewski was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. In the 83rd minute, Andrzej Markowski fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The supporters of Pégasus F. C. booed when Red Devils was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Waclaw Wieczorek didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 89th minute, Andrzej Markowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wit Winnicki in the 93rd minute of play forced Red Devils's goalkeeper Krzysztof Golaszewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 94th minute Pégasus F. C. were awarded a corner. Samuca Tepedino went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Samuca Tepedino almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Red Devils's Krzysztof Golaszewski did a great save. If Andrzej Markowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 98 played minutes Red Devils got a freekick which was hit by Slawomir Falk. Pégasus F. C. were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Red Devils for a fine match.
