Tostão Varela breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hakkı Kenan Sezer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Tostão Varela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 39th match minute, Nusaybin GençLikSpor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rıfkı Sefir to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

50 minutes into the game, Juvenal Oliveira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mochila FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nusaybin GençLikSpor the free kick. After a rather tough play, Mochila FC's Sidney Vander got a free kick in the 61st minute. 70 minutes into the game, Nusaybin GençLikSpor's Kong Jun Ying nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tostão Varela made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. In the 74th minute, Kong Jun Ying ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mateus Freitas was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 93 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Mochila FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 92nd minute. Penalty! When Kong Jun Ying came up free with the goalie in the 98th minute, the Nusaybin GençLikSpor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kong Jun Ying couldn't finish the play. Nusaybin GençLikSpor's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
