After 6 minutes, Christian Errando mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Real Ayuntamiento CF and the Scarlet Speedster players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jacinto Rocha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Placido Quintin in the 8th minute of the match. A collision led to Scarlet Speedster getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Enrique Valladares hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Saverio Cordeiro got free with Jacinto Rocha in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Scarlet Speedster's Jacinto Rocha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saverio Cordeiro in the 17th minute of play. Célio Nóbrega hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the 26th minute Scarlet Speedster were awarded a corner. John Weeke went to the cornerflag to take it. Bruno Florin charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bruno Florin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bruno Florin hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eloy Sidro in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jacinto Rocha prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Real Ayuntamiento CF's zone, Enrique Valladares stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lorenzo Enmanuel came out of the goal and Enrique Valladares tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lorenzo Enmanuel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelo Di Maria in the 40th minute of the match. In the 41st minute Scarlet Speedster were awarded a corner. John Weeke went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that John Weeke got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lorenzo Enmanuel quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When the match had gone on for 45 minutes, Saverio Cordeiro put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jacinto Rocha. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Enrique Valladares was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eloy Sidro in the 53rd minute of play forced Scarlet Speedster's goalkeeper Jacinto Rocha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zé Porto kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Real Ayuntamiento CF's Christian Errando couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 65th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Scarlet Speedster. Scarlet Speedster's Jacinto Rocha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Florin in the 66th minute of play. Lorenzo Enmanuel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from John Weeke in the 68th minute of play. The supporters of Scarlet Speedster booed when Real Ayuntamiento CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruno Florin didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Scarlet Speedster's Angelo Di Maria in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Angelo Di Maria in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lorenzo Enmanuel saved Real Ayuntamiento CF from getting behind. A collision led to Scarlet Speedster getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Lino Paiva hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eloy Sidro in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jacinto Rocha prevented the ball from getting in the gole. John Weeke was extremely unlucky when he, in the 95th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Real Ayuntamiento CF had won after a very even match.
