Percival Vidal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With an all-out effort, Scarlet Speedster's Márcio Terra threw himself towards the right post 100 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from John Weeke, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The audience was convinced that John Weeke's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Márcio Terra was relentless in the 101st minute of the game.
