Slawomir Gotfryd showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronald Lammens in the 21st minute of the match. A collision led to Fc Benefica getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Ronald Lammens hit a great ball. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ronald Lammens was the one to do the kick off. Fc Benefica's Denny van den Berg quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Izydor Hajduk, made in the 51st minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fryderyk Babicki in the 60th minute of play forced Fc Benefica's goalkeeper Edgard Rijaard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fryderyk Babicki got free with Edgard Rijaard in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Fc Benefica's Edgard Rijaard got control of the ball when Hubert Lewandowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 96th minute Wlodzimierz Arendarski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgard Rijaard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew the final whistle, Fc Benefica could leave the field as winners, despite FK Husaria Bielsko-Biala having more of the ball for most of the match.
