The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ubaldo Lluterio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Müfit Berat, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. A collision led to Purple Shadows getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Artur Kapinos hit a great ball. Mehmet Arif Serir stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Beto Centella's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. When Purple Shadows's Beto Centella in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SOFiNiN KEDiSi's goalie prevented a goal. Müfit Berat kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Ubaldo Lluterio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kerim Ergunalp in the 21st minute of play. After 24 played minutes SOFiNiN KEDiSi got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Jorrin. SOFiNiN KEDiSi's Mehmet Arif Serir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beto Centella in the 25th minute of play. SOFiNiN KEDiSi's Müfit Berat got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Beto Centella's late challenge caught a SOFiNiN KEDiSi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Beto Centella helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of SOFiNiN KEDiSi booed when Purple Shadows was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Beto Centella didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 46th match minute, SOFiNiN KEDiSi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oğuzhan Özguven to maneuver through the defense. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kerim Ergunalp to strike the kick off in the second half. When Kerim Ergunalp came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the SOFiNiN KEDiSi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kerim Ergunalp couldn't finish the play. After 58 played minutes SOFiNiN KEDiSi got a freekick which was hit by Müfit Berat. An unexpectedly hard shot by Beto Centella in the 59th minute of play forced SOFiNiN KEDiSi's goalkeeper Mehmet Arif Serir to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th minute Beto Centella shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehmet Arif Serir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mehmet Arif Serir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xilo Cortada in the 61st minute of play. Purple Shadows's Ubaldo Lluterio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kerim Ergunalp in the 67th minute of play. The supporters of Purple Shadows booed when SOFiNiN KEDiSi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oğuzhan Özguven didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in SOFiNiN KEDiSi's zone, Beto Centella stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mehmet Arif Serir came out of the goal and Beto Centella tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Xilo Cortada in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mehmet Arif Serir saved SOFiNiN KEDiSi from getting behind. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Purple Shadows fully deserved thier win.
