When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Tiburcio Iztal took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Humberto Velasco to make any attempt to save it. In the 24th minute, Eriberto Poncio made a precise shot to the right of Humberto Velasco. Australian Youth Academy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Faustino Atarratze made a great header on Chorroarín's corner, it was just that Australian Youth Academy's Humberto Velasco managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 30th minute Tiburcio Iztal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Humberto Velasco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With 32 minutes on the clock, Shaun Haley commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 32 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. Australian Youth Academy were awarded a corner in the 41th minute after Chorroarín's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Fletcher Baba took the corner. One of Chorroarín:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Australian Youth Academy:s goal. German Txema came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Australian Youth Academy's Fletcher Baba. But to his dismay, Fletcher Baba quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Abel Senen was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Australian Youth Academy booed when Chorroarín was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tiburcio Iztal didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 61st minute of the match, Dante Baba got a very nice opportunity to score, but German Txema was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 70 minutes into the match, Andres Roderigo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Humberto Velasco. Australian Youth Academy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Andres Roderigo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. Chorroarín's Matias Ritchie was substituted for Tobias Kimetz. Chorroarín made a substitution. Tiburcio Chuse replaced Tiburcio Iztal. 76 minutes into the game, Tiburcio Chuse cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-1. Humberto Velasco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 78 minutes into the match, Matias Ritchie notched a goal, 8-1, to the right of Australian Youth Academy's Humberto Velasco. Humberto Velasco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tiburcio Chuse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. When Gavino Vergaray fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chorroarín's protests and gave Gavino Vergaray a yellow card for diving instead. Gavino Vergaray hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. 86 minutes into the match, Chorroarín's goal looked a bit too open when Dante Baba came free, but German Txema reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 91 played minutes Chorroarín got a freekick which was hit by Andres Roderigo. 92 minutes into the match, Chorroarín's goalkeeper German Txema had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Casper Keato. 94 minutes into the match, Tiburcio Chuse had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Humberto Velasco. Australian Youth Academy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tiburcio Chuse was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 10-1.
