The supporters of Australian Youth Academy booed when The Beatles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hermínio Azevedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Enrique Cosme was the one to do the kick off. Humberto Velasco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrique Cosme in the 51st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emerson de Salles in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Humberto Velasco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 53rd minute Afonso Ferreira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Humberto Velasco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Enrique Cosme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 56th minute, Enrique Cosme got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emerson de Salles in the 57th minute of play forced Australian Youth Academy's goalkeeper Humberto Velasco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Humberto Velasco came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by The Beatles's Enrique Cosme. But to his dismay, Enrique Cosme quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After 63 minutes of play, The Beatles's Durval Passos made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Humberto Velasco was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ramiro Perez took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Humberto Velasco. Humberto Velasco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. A collision led to The Beatles getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Tostão Cordeiro hit a great ball. Fletcher Baba could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Roger Silva made a huge save. 78 minutes into the match, Enrique Cosme had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Humberto Velasco. Australian Youth Academy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Enrique Cosme was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Afonso Ferreira took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Humberto Velasco. Humberto Velasco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. Roger Silva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dante Baba, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Enrique Cosme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Humberto Velasco having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. The Beatles had played much better football throughout.
