Tobias Elizardo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Efe Hazer, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Tobias Elizardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vanko Korchev in the 40th minute of play. Sarmiento de Resistencia's Tobias Elizardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kuncho Tolchev in the 45th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Minko Gurbalov kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Tobias Elizardo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vanko Korchev, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Manchester United F.C.'s Ahmet Efe Hazer slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tobias Elizardo. That made the score 0-1 after 71 minutes of play. When Basilio Mateus came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Sarmiento de Resistencia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Basilio Mateus couldn't finish the play. Tobias Elizardo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kuncho Tolchev, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. After a rather tough play, Manchester United F.C.'s Ahmet Efe Hazer got a free kick in the 80th minute. 81 minutes into the match, Manchester United F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Siro Elazar came free, but Evrosi Popsavov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Evrosi Popsavov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Basilio Mateus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Basilio Mateus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Evrosi Popsavov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Sarmiento de Resistencia fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Manchester United F.C. were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
