After a defensive mix-up in Big Babousa's zone, Gerardo Edur stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cipriano Crescencio came out of the goal and Gerardo Edur tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Big Babousa's Cipriano Crescencio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerardo Edur in the 12th minute of play. In the 14th minute Rafael Raymon suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benjamin Beti during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 16th match minute, U21 Totoras F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamin Beti to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Ciriaco Evis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Big Babousa's supporters rose to their feet, but Ciriaco Evis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The throw-in from Federico Tab in the 23rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by U21 Totoras F.C.'s Tiburcio Haimar. U21 Totoras F.C.'s attentive Tiburcio Haimar managed to snatch the ball when Federico Tab made a throw-in in the 31st minute of the game. Gerardo Edur's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cipriano Crescencio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. After 35 played minutes Big Babousa got a freekick which was hit by Hermengildo Ubarna. Cipriano Crescencio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerardo Edur, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mauricio Padro in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Germán Burgos prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
