Dexiators's Sven-Edvin Vedholm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caco Mota in the 10th minute of play. In the 11th minute Belmiro Sanches shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Edvin Vedholm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jeferson Arce's late challenge caught a Dexiators's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jeferson Arce helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Dexiators booed when EDI MZB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeferson Arce didn't get a good kick on the ball. 19 minutes into the match, EDI MZB's goal looked a bit too open when Fred Wikander came free, but Valdo de Queirós reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 21 minutes into the game, Dexiators's Magnus Boklund nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Valdo de Queirós made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. 24 minutes into the match, Dexiators's goal looked a bit too open when Caco Mota came free, but Sven-Edvin Vedholm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th match minute, Dexiators was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonny Strömberg to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Belmiro Sanches in the 27th minute of play forced Dexiators's goalkeeper Sven-Edvin Vedholm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fritz Aleberg in the 30th minute of play forced EDI MZB's goalkeeper Valdo de Queirós to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Dexiators's Niclas Ek got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Belmiro Sanches sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. EDI MZB's Valdo de Queirós proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save EDI MZB from getting a goal against them. 42 minutes into the match, Dexiators's goal looked a bit too open when Belmiro Sanches came free, but Sven-Edvin Vedholm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hortêncio Passos to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Niclas Ek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valdo de Queirós saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 55 minutes into the match, EDI MZB's goal looked a bit too open when Magnus Boklund came free, but Valdo de Queirós reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valdo de Queirós showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fritz Aleberg in the 61st minute of the match. 64 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Dexiators's Fritz Aleberg fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Sven-Edvin Vedholm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caco Mota in the 75th minute of the match. After 78 played minutes Dexiators got a freekick which was hit by Fritz Aleberg. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caco Mota in the 87th minute of play forced Dexiators's goalkeeper Sven-Edvin Vedholm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by David Andrade during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 89 played minutes EDI MZB got a freekick which was hit by David Andrade. In the 92nd minute Fritz Aleberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valdo de Queirós saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valdo de Queirós didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fritz Aleberg went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Dexiators fully deserved thier win.
