Depor Alex Return's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Leopoldo Laiz in the 14th minute. Leopoldo Laiz made a great header on Depor Alex Return's corner, it was just that Potomci Dwayna Dibleyho's Nic Nedal managed to reach the ball for a save. Armando Baraquiel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nic Nedal having to make a save. The supporters of Potomci Dwayna Dibleyho booed when Depor Alex Return was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Doriva Pimenta didn't get a good kick on the ball. 25 minutes into the match, Depor Alex Return's goalkeeper Federico Checa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by František Balog. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Armando Baraquiel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Depor Alex Return's supporters rose to their feet, but Armando Baraquiel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nic Nedal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Armando Baraquiel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Armando Baraquiel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Randle Barry charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Randle Barry the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 44 played minutes Depor Alex Return got a freekick which was hit by Randle Barry. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Armando Baraquiel was the one to do the kick off. Jaroslav Rafaj made in the 67th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Konstantin Pospěch however managed to control. 68 minutes into the match, Depor Alex Return's goal looked a bit too open when Jan Krejsa came free, but Federico Checa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute František Balog shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Federico Checa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 76 minutes, Jaroslav Rafaj mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Potomci Dwayna Dibleyho and the Depor Alex Return players grew even worse after the yellow card.
