ATLAS Mysłowice's players were relieved. Gustave Héron showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bogumil Maciejewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. A collision led to Herblay getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Ryan Hellec hit a great ball. In the 21st minute, Dariusz Smuskiewicz made a precise shot to the right of Gustave Héron. Herblay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Dariusz Smuskiewicz might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gustave Héron. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dariusz Smuskiewicz ran back to his position shaking his head. 33 minutes into the match, ATLAS Mysłowice's goal looked a bit too open when Guillaume Soudan came free, but Jerônimo Lucas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustave Héron showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dariusz Smuskiewicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. After 45 played minutes ATLAS Mysłowice got a freekick which was hit by Tanek Brzakala. Damaso Fase recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ludwig Högmans short, quick shot in the 48thth minute got Jerônimo Lucas to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

If Batiste Botella had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Herblay's Gustave Héron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bogumil Maciejewski in the 54th minute of play. ATLAS Mysłowice's Jerônimo Lucas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guillaume Soudan in the 56th minute of play. Radomir Waldoch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustave Héron having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Herblay's Gameiro Thuret got a free kick in the 60th minute. Gustave Héron was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Dariusz Smuskiewicz. After 62 played minutes Herblay got a freekick which was hit by Kazimierz Tylinski. 63 minutes into the match, ATLAS Mysłowice's Dariusz Smuskiewicz broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 75th match minute, Herblay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kazimierz Tylinski to maneuver through the defense. In the 79th minute, Guillaume Soudan made a precise shot to the right of Jerônimo Lucas. ATLAS Mysłowice's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. 84 minutes into the match, ATLAS Mysłowice's goal looked a bit too open when Guillaume Soudan came free, but Jerônimo Lucas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bogumil Maciejewski struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Gustave Héron didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ATLAS Mysłowice. In the 92nd minute, ATLAS Mysłowice's Witold Wyrzykowski ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gustave Héron. Gustave Héron yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. Jerônimo Lucas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Batiste Botella in the 96th minute of play. Herblay were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
