Gustave Héron showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dobromir Kondysar, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. In the 4th match minute, Grasshoppers Klucze was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Witalis Rosiewicz to maneuver through the defense. In the 6th minute, Herblay's Guillaume Soudan ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Wlodzimierz Fleszar. Wlodzimierz Fleszar yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 9th minute, Bogdan Rywin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gustave Héron was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Herblay's Gustave Héron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wlodzimierz Basinski in the 12th minute of play. Wlodzimierz Fleszar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ludwig Högman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute Bogdan Rywin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustave Héron saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Szczepan Zagrodny during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Grasshoppers Klucze:s Wlodzimierz Fleszar showed great skill when he stopped Guillaume Soudan:s penalty. Bogdan Rywin scored 2-2 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gustave Héron, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Grasshoppers Klucze's defense didn't have a chance, in the 33rd minute, when Batiste Botella scored to the left of an out of position Wlodzimierz Fleszar, making the score, 3-2. After having played for 37 minutes, Guillaume Soudan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Herblay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guillaume Soudan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Grasshoppers Klucze's goalkeeper Wlodzimierz Fleszar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 41st minute, Sylwester Ziemniak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Grasshoppers Klucze's zone, Damaso Fase stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wlodzimierz Fleszar came out of the goal and Damaso Fase tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Grasshoppers Klucze's Wlodzimierz Fleszar got control of the ball when Batiste Botella tried to sneak it across the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-2.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Batiste Botella to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Guillaume Soudan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wlodzimierz Fleszar. Grasshoppers Klucze's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Guillaume Soudan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-2. Herblay's Guillaume Soudan got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ludwig Högman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wlodzimierz Fleszar having to make a save. Gustave Héron made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Dobromir Kondysar sent off a good shot on target. In the 75th minute Guillaume Soudan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wlodzimierz Fleszar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Batiste Botella notched a goal, 6-2, to the right of Grasshoppers Klucze's Wlodzimierz Fleszar. Wlodzimierz Fleszar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Guillaume Soudan scored 7-2 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wlodzimierz Fleszar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 91 minutes into the match, Herblay's Ryan Hellec sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wlodzimierz Fleszar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Herblay had won after a very even match.
