Seating: 1814, VIP seats: 157) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Willi Pförtner started the match with the kick off. Jerônimo Lucas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Willi Pförtner in the 4th minute of play. Jerônimo Lucas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Willi Pförtner in the 6th minute of the match. Waldemar Roppel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radomir Waldoch in the 9th minute of the match. If Dariusz Smuskiewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jerônimo Lucas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thorsten Hoffman, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Waldemar Roppel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dariusz Smuskiewicz in the 25th minute of play. With a little luck, ATLAS Mysłowice's Jerônimo Lucas got control of the ball when Esteve Domenech tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jerônimo Lucas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juliane Keßler, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. 33 minutes into the match, ATLAS Mysłowice's goal looked a bit too open when Juliane Keßler came free, but Jerônimo Lucas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 45 minutes, Juliane Keßler managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SV Klingsmoos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Juliane Keßler was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Radomir Waldoch was the one to do the kick off. Dariusz Smuskiewicz came free with the goalkeeper in the 51st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Waldemar Roppel could save by the left post. In the 55th match minute, SV Klingsmoos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teddy Remus to maneuver through the defense. ATLAS Mysłowice's Jerônimo Lucas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esteve Domenech in the 60th minute of play. Ferit Simoneit hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. In the 72nd minute, Juliane Keßler left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SV Klingsmoos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in ATLAS Mysłowice's zone, Esteve Domenech stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jerônimo Lucas came out of the goal and Esteve Domenech tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dariusz Smuskiewicz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jerônimo Lucas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Esteve Domenech, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Esteve Domenech took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jerônimo Lucas. Jerônimo Lucas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Juliane Keßler hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Thorsten Hoffman in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jerônimo Lucas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Willi Pförtner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jerônimo Lucas having to interfere. SV Klingsmoos's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
