In the 21st minute Sebastian De la Rosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugon Piechna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hieronim Watarz took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ismael Momparte. Ismael Momparte dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After having played for 31 minutes, Sebastian De la Rosa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GOMEZ F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian De la Rosa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Patricio Lloret kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hugon Piechna. That made the score 1-1 in the 33 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hieronim Watarz in the 36th minute of play forced GOMEZ F.C.'s goalkeeper Ismael Momparte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 38 minutes into the game, GOMEZ F.C.'s Patricio Lloret nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot.
