Pepino’s's Rafael Ojeda managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Leandro Mannie in the 18 minute of the game. Miguel Hernánde Arrué fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristian Gau having to interfere. C.D. Pepino’s's Ferrán Suarez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Asopos Katsiavrias in the 24th minute of play. Cristian Gau came out of the goal and Aurelio Raffo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Miguel Hernánde Arrué had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Alvaro Montrell kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ferrán Suarez. That made the score 0-1 in the 57 minute of play. In the 61st minute, Asopos Katsiavrias made a precise shot to the right of Ferrán Suarez. C.D. Pepino’s's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 66 minutes into the match, C.D. Pepino’s's goal looked a bit too open when Alvaro Montrell came free, but Ferrán Suarez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 67th minute Miguel Hernánde Arrué shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Gau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 95th match minute, Copérnico F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Urki Veraza to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Copérnico F.C. had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
