FK Mintis Vilnius's Lukas Kulpys played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roger Crossley in the 9th minute of play. Lukas Kulpys didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Roger Crossley went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. 18 minutes into the game, T H F C's Dion Kerridge nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lukas Kulpys made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. 23 minutes into the match, T H F C's goal looked a bit too open when Mustafa Juodis came free, but Ivan Stone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Ged Pope took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Lukas Kulpys to make any attempt to save it. When İsrafil Yağız fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FK Mintis Vilnius's protests and gave İsrafil Yağız a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to FK Mintis Vilnius getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. In the 29th match minute, FK Mintis Vilnius was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ugnius Budnikas to maneuver through the defense. 30 minutes into the game, Ged Pope lined in a short shot 5-0 behind a frustrated Lukas Kulpys. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell İsrafil Yağız to make the kick off. The T H F C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-1. With a little luck, T H F C's Ivan Stone got control of the ball when Sigitas Ivoška tried to sneak it across the goal line.
