In the 9th match minute, Ground Control was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Louison Vaille to maneuver through the defense. 10 minutes into the match, Ground Control's goal looked a bit too open when Ciro Farias came free, but Fabien Nunes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabien Nunes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guillermo Barros Schelloto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 15 minutes into the game, Lengua de Lobo's Guillermo Barros Schelloto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fabien Nunes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 19 minutes, Sacha Amara mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ground Control and the Lengua de Lobo players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 19th match minute, Ground Control was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sacha Amara to maneuver through the defense. In the 20th minute of the match Clemente Rodriguez sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fabien Nunes skillfully saved the ball. Fabien Nunes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guillermo Barros Schelloto in the 30th minute of the match. 32 minutes into the match, Ground Control's Just Bazoge sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Agustin Rossi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ciro Farias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Fabien Nunes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 40 minutes into the match, Lengua de Lobo's goalkeeper Agustin Rossi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Just Bazoge. Martin-Daniel Palermo's late challenge caught a Ground Control's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Martin-Daniel Palermo helped the player get up and apologised. Martin-Daniel Palermo hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Lengua de Lobo's Agustin Rossi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Lengua de Lobo from getting a goal against them. Batiste Lassalle made a great header on Ground Control's corner, it was just that Lengua de Lobo's Agustin Rossi managed to reach the ball for a save. Agustin Rossi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Just Bazoge, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The Ground Control players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Lengua de Lobo were winning 0-1.

Ground Control's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lengua de Lobo the free kick. Martin-Daniel Palermo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fabien Nunes came out and tried to block the shot, but Martin-Daniel Palermo slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 57th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Just Bazoge in the 66th minute of play forced Lengua de Lobo's goalkeeper Agustin Rossi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Just Bazoge had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guillermo Barros Schelloto got free with Fabien Nunes in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Just Bazoge came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Ground Control fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Just Bazoge couldn't finish the play. 93 minutes into the game, Batiste Lassalle was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ground Control's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lengua de Lobo the free kick. A collision led to Ground Control getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Batiste Lassalle hit a great ball. Guillermo Barros Schelloto came free with the goalkeeper in the 95th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Fabien Nunes could save by the left post. The Ground Control supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Lengua de Lobo's performance. The match ended with a win for Lengua de Lobo.
