Spectators: 7696 (Terracing: 5773, Seating: 1770, VIP seats: 153) Antoine Norton started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 2nd match minute, El Golden Volvió! was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristobal Haimar to maneuver through the defense. After 5 played minutes Sport Lisboa e Benfica got a freekick which was hit by Antoine Norton. In the 7th minute, Cristobal Haimar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Sport Lisboa e Benfica's Antoine Norton slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Franco Costanzo. That made the score 1-0 after 9 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, El Golden Volvió!'s Cristobal Haimar got a free kick in the 11th minute. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind El Golden Volvió!'s goalkeeper Franco Costanzo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Franco Costanzo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antoine Norton in the 18th minute. Reynaldo Rolado hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antoine Norton in the 23rd minute of play forced El Golden Volvió!'s goalkeeper Franco Costanzo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A hard shot 26 in the game by Antoine Norton from a close distance when the talented Franco Costanzo managed to make a qualified save. El Golden Volvió!'s players were relieved. In the 29th minute Rey Pratt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franco Costanzo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sport Lisboa e Benfica's Rey Pratt got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Antoine Norton managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sport Lisboa e Benfica's supporters rose to their feet, but Antoine Norton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Franco Costanzo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudio Biaggio in the 47th minute of play forced Sport Lisboa e Benfica's goalkeeper Emanuel Bazinet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Claudio Biaggio to make the kick off. Rey Pratt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Franco Costanzo having to interfere. A collision led to El Golden Volvió! getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Victoriano Ladio hit a great ball. In the 54th minute of the match Marquis Hopper shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Franco Costanzo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. During the 55th minute of the match Cristobal Haimar completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Cristobal Haimar a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to El Golden Volvió! getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Cristobal Haimar hit a great ball. If Antoine Norton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Franco Costanzo came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Sport Lisboa e Benfica's Antoine Norton. But to his dismay, Antoine Norton quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emilio Hankins in the 65th minute of play forced El Golden Volvió!'s goalkeeper Franco Costanzo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 66 minutes into the match, Sport Lisboa e Benfica's goal looked a bit too open when Claudio Biaggio came free, but Emanuel Bazinet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th minute, Antoine Norton made a precise shot to the right of Franco Costanzo. El Golden Volvió!'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Sport Lisboa e Benfica's Jared Temple was substituted for Lewis Horn. 76 minutes into the game, Viking Lo Russo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. El Golden Volvió!'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sport Lisboa e Benfica the free kick. Viking Lo Russo kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Sport Lisboa e Benfica's Dominic Hahn was substituted for Patrik Cane. After a rather tough play, El Golden Volvió!'s Viking Lo Russo got a free kick in the 78th minute. Sport Lisboa e Benfica's Rey Pratt quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Reynaldo Rolado, made in the 80th minute of the game. Rey Pratt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 81st match minute, El Golden Volvió! was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Viking Lo Russo to maneuver through the defense. Franco Costanzo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Antoine Norton's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Antoine Norton blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Franco Costanzo having to make a save. When the referee ended the match the Sport Lisboa e Benfica players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
