Spectators: 7688 (Terracing: 5767, Seating: 1768, VIP seats: 153) Chu Tasso took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elano Travassos. Elano Travassos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. When Juca Tasso fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tasso FC's protests and gave Juca Tasso a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Karaboudjan booed when Tasso FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juca Tasso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Karaboudjan's Elano Travassos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chu Tasso in the 20th minute of play. Rafael Godoi charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rafael Godoi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rafael Godoi kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Elano Travassos came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Tasso FC's Chu Tasso. But to his dismay, Chu Tasso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 31 minutes into the match, Tasso FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luizão Peixoto came free, but Monte Lobato reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th minute Chu Tasso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elano Travassos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Chu Tasso put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Elano Travassos. 46 minutes into the match, Karaboudjan's goal looked a bit too open when Chu Tasso came free, but Elano Travassos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The wind increased when Wilton de Amaral made the kick off in the second half. Tasso FC's Monte Lobato played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilson Bezerra in the 51st minute of play. Severiano Torcato received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Elano Travassos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 56th match minute, Karaboudjan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mateus Velloso to maneuver through the defense. Tasso FC's Monte Lobato played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aírton Oliveira in the 60th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chu Tasso in the 65th minute of play forced Karaboudjan's goalkeeper Elano Travassos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 68th minute Evaristo Tolino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Monte Lobato saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chu Tasso might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Elano Travassos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Chu Tasso ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Chu Tasso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tasso FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Chu Tasso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elano Travassos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 82 minutes into the match, Juca Tasso had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Elano Travassos. Karaboudjan's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Juca Tasso was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. 85 minutes into the game, Wilton de Amaral cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Monte Lobato was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Richard Dawkins got free with Elano Travassos in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mateus Velloso charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mateus Velloso the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Machado Assis was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 91st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 94 minutes into the game, Pinto Valer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tasso FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Karaboudjan the free kick. A collision led to Tasso FC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Pinto Valer hit a great ball. Tasso FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
