The audience thought a goal was coming when Vito Soeiro got free with Rodrigo Corderro in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 13th match minute, Santo Amaro AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Duarte Maia to maneuver through the defense. 14 minutes into the match, Forever Tango's Bernardo Veronica broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Eusébio Albuquerque showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruben Abastas in the 15th minute of the match. After 16 minutes, Diguinho Ortiz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Santo Amaro AC and the Forever Tango players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 16th minute, Diguinho Ortiz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eusébio Albuquerque didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Forever Tango's Thomas Melse shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-2 in the ordered_time% minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ruben Abastas in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eusébio Albuquerque saved Santo Amaro AC from getting behind. Vito Soeiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ruben Abastas in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eusébio Albuquerque prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eusébio Albuquerque didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ruben Abastas went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. A collision led to Forever Tango getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Igor Berdaitz hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Diguinho Ortiz got free with Rodrigo Corderro in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Santo Amaro AC booed when Forever Tango was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustavo Peli didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Forever Tango were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
51 minutes into the game, Thomas Melse recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Eusébio Albuquerque. Thomas Melse showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5. In the 56th minute, Ruben Abastas fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Eusébio Albuquerque, passed just outside the right post. In the 56th minute Ruben Abastas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eusébio Albuquerque saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79thth minute of the game Ruben Abastas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Santo Amaro AC's Eusébio Albuquerque was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Forever Tango's Natalio Benet got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ruben Abastas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eusébio Albuquerque read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. Natalio Benet could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Eusébio Albuquerque made a huge save. 85 minutes into the match, Santo Amaro AC's goal looked a bit too open when Ruben Abastas came free, but Eusébio Albuquerque reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Santo Amaro AC's zone, Ruben Abastas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eusébio Albuquerque came out of the goal and Ruben Abastas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 87 minutes in the game, Ruben Abastas fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Eusébio Albuquerque having to interfere. Eusébio Albuquerque showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruben Abastas in the 88th minute of the match. In the 91st minute Ruben Abastas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eusébio Albuquerque saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, Ruben Abastas dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Eusébio Albuquerque, 1-6. Through an outstanding action, after 94 minutes, Eusébio Albuquerque successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Forever Tango had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
