Rudi Boegaert scored 1-0 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luca Brădescu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Rudi Boegaert kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Luca Brădescu. That made the score 2-1 in the 17 minute of play. Luca Brădescu made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Gunter Van Bets sent off a good shot on target. Gunter Van Bets could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Luca Brădescu made a huge save. Tuur Van Castel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Luca Brădescu made a huge save. In the 36th minute, Rudi Boegaert fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 39th minute Mitch Hollandts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luca Brădescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luca Brădescu came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Lions United's Rudi Boegaert. But to his dismay, Rudi Boegaert quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Tuur Van Castel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Luca Brădescu made a huge save. 47 minutes into the match, Dinu Slicaru notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of Lions United's Nic Hollandts. Nic Hollandts was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dinu Slicaru stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of GoooooooooooooooooooooooL booed when Lions United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gunter Van Bets didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dinu Slicaru hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the GoooooooooooooooooooooooL defense, Gunter Van Bets kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luca Brădescu. The GoooooooooooooooooooooooL fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luca Brădescu should have stopped the shot. The supporters of GoooooooooooooooooooooooL booed when Lions United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mitch Hollandts didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luca Brădescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tuur Van Castel in the 61st minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Dinu Slicaru notched a goal, 5-3, to the right of Lions United's Nic Hollandts. Nic Hollandts was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lions United's Mitch Hollandts got his second yellow card of the match in the 66th minute. The referee ordered Mitch Hollandts off the ground. The supporters of GoooooooooooooooooooooooL booed when Lions United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mitch Hollandts didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 67 played minutes GoooooooooooooooooooooooL got a freekick which was hit by Paul Stănoiu. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cristinel Povară during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, GoooooooooooooooooooooooL's Cristinel Povară got a free kick in the 69th minute. In the 78th match minute, GoooooooooooooooooooooooL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristinel Povară to maneuver through the defense. Tuur Van Castel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Luca Brădescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nic Hollandts made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dumitru Bogătean in the 94th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Lions United fans cheered their team off the field, for while GoooooooooooooooooooooooL had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
