An unexpectedly hard shot by Vassilis Katsourinis in the 8th minute of play forced GoooooooooooooooooooooooL's goalkeeper Luca Brădescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Olimpiu Receanu kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. GoooooooooooooooooooooooL's Luca Brădescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vassilis Katsourinis in the 9th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Dinu Slicaru reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Loukas Kois. The goal made the score 1-0. Loukas Kois showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dinu Slicaru in the 24th minute of the match. The supporters of GoooooooooooooooooooooooL booed when Kerkyra FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kyriakos Lavdas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, GoooooooooooooooooooooooL's Olimpiu Receanu got a free kick in the 28th minute. Olimpiu Receanu kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in GoooooooooooooooooooooooL fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 30th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Kerkyra FC a penalty, 32 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Grigoris Kalabosis, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of GoooooooooooooooooooooooL's Luca Brădescu. 1-1. Loukas Kois was a little too slow when Dinu Slicaru got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 34th minute. The score was now 2-1. Kerkyra FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 37th minute, when Paul Stănoiu scored to the left of an out of position Loukas Kois, making the score, 3-1. Vassilis Mavreas took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luca Brădescu. Luca Brădescu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Luca Brădescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vassilis Mavreas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Kerkyra FC's Marinos Katsiaros suffered a sore knee after 50 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Dumitru Bogătean fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GoooooooooooooooooooooooL's protests and gave Dumitru Bogătean a yellow card for diving instead. In the 51st minute, Dumitru Bogătean hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 62 minutes into the match, Kerkyra FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dinu Slicaru came free, but Loukas Kois reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valentinos Kanellakis kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. 64 minutes into the match, GoooooooooooooooooooooooL's Dumitru Bogătean sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Loukas Kois narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dinu Slicaru in the 81st minute of play forced Kerkyra FC's goalkeeper Loukas Kois to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kerkyra FC's Loukas Kois played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dumitru Bogătean in the 87th minute of play. Loukas Kois showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paul Stănoiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Loukas Kois made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olimpiu Receanu in the 92nd minute of play. The supporters of GoooooooooooooooooooooooL booed when Kerkyra FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fanis Nioras didn't get a good kick on the ball. Loukas Kois showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olimpiu Receanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Kerkyra FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
