Spectators: 7655 (Terracing: 5743, Seating: 1760, VIP seats: 152) Lions United's Gunter Van Bets started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute Luizinho Arce shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Izak Capellemans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mitch Hollandts in the 4th minute of play forced Cremonese FC's goalkeeper Kong Gang Zhan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 6th minute, Tuur Van Castel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcus Batista in the 11th minute of play forced Lions United's goalkeeper Izak Capellemans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felipe Lara kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. After 28 played minutes Cremonese FC got a freekick which was hit by Marcus Batista. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cremonese FC's goalkeeper Kong Gang Zhan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Cremonese FC's Marcus Batista got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Izak Capellemans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Jurgi in the 36th minute of play. Tuur Van Castel took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kong Gang Zhan. Kong Gang Zhan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After having played for 40 minutes, Jackie Tan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cremonese FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jackie Tan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gunter Van Bets could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Kong Gang Zhan made a huge save. Gunter Van Bets received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Kong Gang Zhan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

After a defensive mix-up in Cremonese FC's zone, Mitch Hollandts stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kong Gang Zhan came out of the goal and Mitch Hollandts tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Paul-Louis Van Caubergen lost his temper 56 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 55th minute of the game. One of Lions United:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Cremonese FC:s goal. Marcus Batista shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. With a little luck, Lions United's Izak Capellemans got control of the ball when Marcus Batista tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Cremonese FC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Emanuel Jurgi hit a great ball. In the 70th minute, Emanuel Jurgi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Cremonese FC's Marcus Batista slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Izak Capellemans. That made the score 1-2 after 72 minutes of play. Izak Capellemans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcus Batista in the 79th minute of the match. After 81 minutes of play, Cremonese FC's Yasar Bonnemain made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Izak Capellemans was left in no man's land by his defense there! Izak Capellemans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcus Batista in the 84th minute of play. Jackie Tan's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Izak Capellemans firmly grabbed it by the left post. 88 minutes into the game, Marcus Batista lined in a short shot 1-4 behind a frustrated Izak Capellemans. When the final whistle sounded Cremonese FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Lions United.
