After 6 minutes of play, El coca fc's Omero Simpson made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Izak Capellemans was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 11th minute, El coca fc's Osvaldo Ardiles ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Izak Capellemans. Izak Capellemans yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. In the 13th minute, Osvaldo Ardiles got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 14 minutes into the game, Dany-Adams Gijselinckx was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lions United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave El coca fc the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arsenio Aguilera in the 15th minute of play forced Lions United's goalkeeper Izak Capellemans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Omero Simpson took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Izak Capellemans to make any attempt to save it. 22 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when El coca fc's Agustin Costante fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Izak Capellemans stood somewhat misplaced when Arsenio Aguilera came free in front of goal and shot 4-0 to the left of him in the 25 minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arsenio Aguilera in the 31st minute of play forced Lions United's goalkeeper Izak Capellemans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Izak Capellemans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arsenio Aguilera in the 31st minute of the match. Osvaldo Ardiles received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Izak Capellemans came out and tried to block the shot, but Osvaldo Ardiles slotted it home off the left post making it 5-0 in the 34th minute. Izak Capellemans didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Omero Simpson went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 8-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Osvaldo Ardiles was the one to do the kick off. If Osvaldo Ardiles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Izak Capellemans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arsenio Aguilera, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. In the 62nd minute of the match Teodoro Santos sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Izak Capellemans skillfully saved the ball. Izak Capellemans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bar Simpson in the 67th minute of the match. In the 68th minute, Arsenio Aguilera ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Izak Capellemans was frozen by the shot and now it was 10-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osvaldo Ardiles in the 76th minute of play forced Lions United's goalkeeper Izak Capellemans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 77 minutes, Arsenio Aguilera mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the El coca fc and the Lions United players grew even worse after the yellow card. Arsenio Aguilera kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. In the 80th minute, Osvaldo Ardiles left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The El coca fc fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 11-0. 86 minutes into the game, Arsenio Aguilera cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 12-0. Izak Capellemans was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 92nd minute Rudi Boegaert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atilano Normando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gunter Van Bets hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. El coca fc walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
