In the 20thth minute of the game Liberto Merino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bitelon FC - SAF's Wilian Motta was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Wilian Motta stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Liberto Merino's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Bitelon FC - SAF's Carlos Fernando Tavares was substituted for Sebastião Matos. Durval Recife recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute.
