The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mats Elg made an important save on a dangerous shot by 乔适桑 in the 18th minute. A collision led to FC Kurdistan getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Jordan Peterson hit a great ball. Cornelis Rondas made in the 25th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by FC Kurdistan's Malcolm Benett. In the 29th minute Eddie Andreasson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arend Van Beneden saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, FC Kurdistan's Claes Andreasson got a free kick in the 33rd minute. In the 35th minute Cornelis Rondas managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. FC Kurdistan's Malcolm Benett quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Cornelis Rondas, made in the 38th minute of the game. Eddie Andreasson took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arend Van Beneden. Arend Van Beneden dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Mats Elg made an important save on a dangerous shot by 乔适桑 in the 42nd minute. 43 minutes into the match, Arif Cengiz Uzlet dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mats Elg, 2-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Maurice Vissenakens made a kick off. When Jordan Peterson fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Kurdistan's protests and gave Jordan Peterson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 51st match minute, FC Kurdistan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jordan Peterson to maneuver through the defense. FC Kurdistan's Mats Elg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 乔适桑 in the 53rd minute of play. Agne Britz was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 69 minutes into the match. Agne Britz kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. FC Kurdistan made a substitution. Jari Litmanen replaced Jordan Peterson. Bacardi FC made a substitution. Raymond Verheije replaced Steven De Kelper. In the 71st minute, Agne Britz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cornelis Rondas took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 72nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mats Elg. FC Kurdistan's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 74 minutes into the match, Raymond Verheije had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mats Elg. FC Kurdistan's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Raymond Verheije was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-3. Malcolm Benett could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Arend Van Beneden made a huge save. FC Kurdistan's Malcolm Benett managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Cornelis Rondas in the 82 minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maurice Vissenakens in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mats Elg saved FC Kurdistan from getting behind. 85 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Kurdistan's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cornelis Rondas was slow to take the kick. During this time Bacardi FC's players had a chance to rest. A well-hit corner resulted in Artuur Van Steen heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Oskar Lustig during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to FC Kurdistan getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Oskar Lustig hit a great ball. 91 minutes into the match, Arif Cengiz Uzlet notched a goal, 4-4, to the right of FC Kurdistan's Mats Elg. Mats Elg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 94 minutes into the match, Bacardi FC's Arif Cengiz Uzlet sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mats Elg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. FC Kurdistan succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Bacardi FC had controlled the match.
