Angelo Quico didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AZURDUY F.C.. Through an outstanding action, after 18 minutes, Raul Santxol successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the last second Raul Santxol throw himself and got hold of the ball when Armando Fidele in the 21stth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After 22 minutes AZURDUY F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jesus Jon who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Jesus Jon got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Raul Santxol quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 25 minutes into the match, AZURDUY F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Jimeno Pitin came free, but Raul Santxol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rogelio Gombal in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Angelo Quico prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Raul Santxol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armando Fidele, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. 29 minutes had been played when some careless play by AZURDUY F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jesus Jon was slow to take the kick. During this time Celtic FC's players had a chance to rest. In the 30th minute, Eriberto Shantala hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arsenio Llorenc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to AZURDUY F.C. getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Eriberto Shantala hit a great ball. In the 39th minute, Celtic FC's Cirilo Mendiko ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Raul Santxol. Raul Santxol yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Rogelio Gombal made the kick off in the second half. Celtic FC's Angelo Quico proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Celtic FC from getting a goal against them. After 53 minutes Celtic FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gonzalo Pudes who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on AZURDUY F.C.'s corner Gonzalo Pudes fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Angelo Quico quite easily take care of the ball. After 55 minutes of play, Celtic FC's Jimeno Pitin made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Raul Santxol was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Celtic FC's Leo Gonsalvo got a free kick in the 60th minute. Jimeno Pitin kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. The supporters of AZURDUY F.C. booed when Celtic FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cirilo Mendiko didn't get a good kick on the ball. Angelo Quico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rogelio Gombal, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jimeno Pitin in the 71st minute of play forced AZURDUY F.C.'s goalkeeper Raul Santxol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
