Spectators: 7750 (Terracing: 5814, Seating: 1782, VIP seats: 154) FC Kukova's Matej Ťažký started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Lech Czaplicki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Václav Židek made a huge save. Husaria Tarnów's Wincent Zbydniowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matej Ťažký in the 5th minute of play. Wincent Zbydniowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ľubomír Pittner in the 7th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Husaria Tarnów's zone, Matej Ťažký stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wincent Zbydniowski came out of the goal and Matej Ťažký tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 12 minutes into the match, FC Kukova's goal looked a bit too open when Lukasz Bejrut came free, but Václav Židek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Husaria Tarnów defense, Matej Ťažký kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wincent Zbydniowski. The Husaria Tarnów fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wincent Zbydniowski should have stopped the shot. Václav Židek made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Lech Czaplicki sent off a good shot on target. Václav Židek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lukasz Bejrut in the 19th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Aleksander Penczkowski could shoot a difficult shot in the 20th minute, which Václav Židek however easily saved by the left post. Ľubomír Pittner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Wincent Zbydniowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 24 minutes into the match, Matej Ťažký had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wincent Zbydniowski. Husaria Tarnów's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Matej Ťažký was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. FC Kukova's Matej Ťažký got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Juraj Grenčík had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Václav Židek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lech Czaplicki in the 30th minute of play. A collision led to Husaria Tarnów getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Lech Walaszkiewicz hit a great ball. 32 minutes into the match, Husaria Tarnów's goal looked a bit too open when Matej Ťažký came free, but Wincent Zbydniowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Husaria Tarnów defense, Juraj Grenčík kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wincent Zbydniowski. The Husaria Tarnów fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wincent Zbydniowski should have stopped the shot. FC Kukova's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Richard Mihálek in the 39th minute. The corner ended in Richard Mihálek almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Husaria Tarnów's Wincent Zbydniowski did a great save. 44 minutes into the match, FC Kukova's goal looked a bit too open when Lukasz Bejrut came free, but Václav Židek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lech Czaplicki to make the kick off. Lech Czaplicki struck a weak shot in the 50th minute. Václav Židek didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Husaria Tarnów. In the 54th minute, Matej Ťažký hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 59th minute, Ján Kolman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ľubomír Pittner blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wincent Zbydniowski having to make a save. In the 64th minute Aleksander Penczkowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Václav Židek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 65 minutes into the game, Matej Ťažký recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Wincent Zbydniowski. Matej Ťažký showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. Václav Židek came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Husaria Tarnów's Lukasz Bejrut. But to his dismay, Lukasz Bejrut quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gilberto Gorka in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Václav Židek saved FC Kukova from getting behind. Matej Ťažký blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wincent Zbydniowski having to make a save. In the 74th minute, Jedrzej Domeradzki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Husaria Tarnów's Wincent Zbydniowski got control of the ball when Matej Ťažký tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 81st minute Matej Ťažký shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wincent Zbydniowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lech Walaszkiewicz charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lech Walaszkiewicz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of FC Kukova booed when Husaria Tarnów was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lech Walaszkiewicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Husaria Tarnów made a substitution. Lucjan Basaik replaced Marcin Lamczyk. Lech Walaszkiewicz kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Kukova's Juraj Grenčík slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Wincent Zbydniowski. That made the score 1-7 after 86 minutes of play. After having played for 91 minutes, Gilberto Gorka managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Husaria Tarnów's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gilberto Gorka was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lukasz Bejrut in the 93rd minute of play forced FC Kukova's goalkeeper Václav Židek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ľubomír Pittner could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Wincent Zbydniowski made a huge save. The FC Kukova supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FC Kukova would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
