An unexpectedly hard shot by Ceferino Cresconio in the 7th minute of play forced American Airlines's goalkeeper Dale Skinner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chandler Bing sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jonah Ryan made a kick off. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kenya's goalkeeper Kacper Tobias, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 76th minute Jonah Ryan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kacper Tobias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Kenya's Gustavo Ramone got a free kick in the 78th minute. When Jairo Dantel came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Kenya fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jairo Dantel couldn't finish the play. Alekos Rallis kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. In the 87thth minute of the game Jonah Ryan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kenya's Kacper Tobias was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in American Airlines's zone, Jairo Dantel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dale Skinner came out of the goal and Jairo Dantel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kenya succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though American Airlines had controlled the match.
