Club Deportivo Polonia's Dagoberto Flores got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tohias Rossello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartjan Parmentier, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roben Bauweleers in the 25th minute of play forced Club Deportivo Polonia's goalkeeper Tohias Rossello to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. KFC Paal-Tervant's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aniol Camara was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Louis Reuters to strike the kick off in the second half. A hard, long distance shot from Jerry Verbeeck flew over the goal. Club Deportivo Polonia's Tohias Rossello proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Club Deportivo Polonia from getting a goal against them. In the 66th match minute, Club Deportivo Polonia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valery Valerón to maneuver through the defense. Louis Reuters's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 68thth minute, Tohias Rossello skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Andoni Molina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Reinaud De Schutter came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Deportivo Polonia's Aniol Camara. But to his dismay, Aniol Camara quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. KFC Paal-Tervant's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
