LTA FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rodrigo Quintan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vito Cardozo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 7th minute, Federico Tevez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 10 minutes of play, LTA FC's Rodrigo Quintan made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vito Cardozo was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivan Bernad in the 19th minute of play forced Club Sacode Football CIMZ's goalkeeper Vito Cardozo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arsenio Maiorga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aldair Code in the 21st minute of the match. Jorge Moreira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Sacode Football CIMZ's goalkeeper Vito Cardozo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ivan Bernad kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. In the 35th minute, Jeremias Lima hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 40 minutes into the match, Club Sacode Football CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Rodrigo Quintan came free, but Vito Cardozo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When David Berger came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Club Sacode Football CIMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David Berger couldn't finish the play. During the 43rd minute of the match Federico Tevez completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Federico Tevez a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Arsenio Maiorga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Décio Sarmento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. LTA FC's Arsenio Maiorga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Moreira in the 47th minute of play. After the first half LTA FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 55th minute, David Esiquio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arsenio Maiorga didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aldair Code went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 61 minutes into the match, David Berger notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of LTA FC's Arsenio Maiorga. Arsenio Maiorga was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 64 minutes into the game, Antonio Rattín was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LTA FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Sacode Football CIMZ the free kick. A collision led to LTA FC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Antonio Rattín hit a great ball. LTA FC's Arsenio Maiorga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Berger in the 65th minute of play. Arsenio Maiorga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Décio Sarmento in the 68th minute of the match. Ivan Bernad in the 69thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Vito Cardozo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. LTA FC's Arsenio Maiorga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Berger in the 70th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Berger in the 76th minute of play forced LTA FC's goalkeeper Arsenio Maiorga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. LTA FC made a substitution. Virgilio Oton replaced Rodrigo Quintan. 91 minutes into the match, Club Sacode Football CIMZ's Décio Sarmento sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arsenio Maiorga narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 95th minute, LTA FC's Ivan Bernad dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-3. When the final whistle went the supporters of LTA FC were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Club Sacode Football CIMZ side.
