Sílvio Penha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wieslaw Maziarski, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Mikolaj Budzynski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sílvio Penha read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. When Zemantauskas FC's Davi Mello in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye KS LEW Chorzów's goalie prevented a goal. After 19 minutes, Davi Mello made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. KS LEW Chorzów's Wit Kasperowicz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Renato Nascimento hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. 23 minutes into the match, Zemantauskas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zachariasz Niedbalski came free, but Sílvio Penha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Zemantauskas FC defense, Zachariasz Niedbalski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sílvio Penha. The Zemantauskas FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sílvio Penha should have stopped the shot. 26 minutes into the match, KS LEW Chorzów's Wieslaw Maziarski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sílvio Penha narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Wit Kasperowicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Davi Mello in the 29th minute of the match. In the 31st minute of the match Zemantauskas FC got a corner. KS LEW Chorzów's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Miguel Negri ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Miguel Negri almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but KS LEW Chorzów's Wit Kasperowicz did a great save. After a defensive mix-up in KS LEW Chorzów's zone, Alex Berger stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wit Kasperowicz came out of the goal and Alex Berger tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Wlodzimierz Zbikowski charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wlodzimierz Zbikowski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Zemantauskas FC booed when KS LEW Chorzów was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wlodzimierz Zbikowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alex Berger struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Wit Kasperowicz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zemantauskas FC.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mikolaj Budzynski made a kick off. Wieslaw Maziarski charged in rather forcefully in the 50th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wieslaw Maziarski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 50 played minutes KS LEW Chorzów got a freekick which was hit by Wieslaw Maziarski. 52 minutes into the game, Remo Varela was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zemantauskas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave KS LEW Chorzów the free kick. In the 52nd match minute, Zemantauskas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remo Varela to maneuver through the defense. KS LEW Chorzów's Gerhard Vejs managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Hernani Sousa in the 55 minute of the game. In the 56th match minute, KS LEW Chorzów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerhard Vejs to maneuver through the defense. Hernani Sousa hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. After having played for 61 minutes, Alex Berger managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zemantauskas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alex Berger was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 62 played minutes Zemantauskas FC got a freekick which was hit by Igor Britto. In the 67th minute, Wieslaw Maziarski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mikolaj Budzynski might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sílvio Penha. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mikolaj Budzynski ran back to his position shaking his head. After 72 minutes of play, Zemantauskas FC's Remo Varela made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wit Kasperowicz was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Zemantauskas FC's Sílvio Penha got control of the ball when Wieslaw Maziarski tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind KS LEW Chorzów's goalkeeper Wit Kasperowicz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 83 minutes of play KS LEW Chorzów's Wlodzimierz Zbikowski was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Wlodzimierz Zbikowski kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Alex Berger's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wit Kasperowicz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. Remo Varela received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Wit Kasperowicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mikolaj Budzynski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sílvio Penha having to make a save. When the referee blew the final whistle, Zemantauskas FC could leave the field as winners, despite KS LEW Chorzów having more of the ball for most of the match.
