If Eddy Laporte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Les Tigres's Romulo Lizar got a free kick in the 10th minute. After 11 minutes of play Les Tigres's Romulo Lizar was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Romulo Lizar kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the match, Rigoberto Iratze notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of KFC Vliegplein's Mark Jansens. Mark Jansens was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Martin Ostadar was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ferdinand Weijnants showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 19 minute of play. Martin Ostadar came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by KFC Vliegplein's Ferdinand Weijnants. But to his dismay, Ferdinand Weijnants quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. After 28 played minutes KFC Vliegplein got a freekick which was hit by Matthy Algoedt. In the 28th minute of the match Rigoberto Iratze sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mark Jansens skillfully saved the ball. Victor Steven hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Martin Ostadar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferdinand Weijnants, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Albano Errolan kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, Ferdinand Weijnants notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Les Tigres's Martin Ostadar. Martin Ostadar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Matthew Lijsens ran over to the corner to take the kick. KFC Vliegplein's Wesly Leenpoels was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Martin Ostadar in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Les Tigres's Martin Ostadar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Les Tigres from getting a goal against them. After 47 played minutes Les Tigres got a freekick which was hit by Victor Steven. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ferdinand Weijnants was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Eddy Laporte ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Martin Ostadar was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. 55 minutes into the match, Les Tigres's goal looked a bit too open when Ferdinand Weijnants came free, but Martin Ostadar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Les Tigres's Martin Ostadar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferdinand Weijnants in the 58th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Rigoberto Iratze kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mark Jansens. That made the score 4-2 in the 61 minute of play. Martin Ostadar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wesly Leenpoels, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Les Tigres's Martin Ostadar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wesly Leenpoels in the 69th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Les Tigres's Emanuel Guerau got a free kick in the 72nd minute. In the 74th minute Matthew Lijsens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Ostadar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to KFC Vliegplein getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Matthew Lijsens hit a great ball. After 78 minutes of play, KFC Vliegplein's Ferdinand Weijnants made it 5-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Martin Ostadar was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind KFC Vliegplein's goalkeeper Mark Jansens, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Martin Ostadar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferdinand Weijnants, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 86 minutes into the game, KFC Vliegplein's Ferdinand Weijnants nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Martin Ostadar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-2. Martin Ostadar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wesly Leenpoels in the 92nd minute of the match. KFC Vliegplein's Mark Jansens proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save KFC Vliegplein from getting a goal against them. In the 96th minute Ferdinand Weijnants shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Ostadar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. KFC Vliegplein had played much better football throughout.
