Rikard Frykberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ben Labigne in the 23rd minute of the match. Rikard Frykberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ben Labigne, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. After a defensive mix-up in FC Hamneskär's zone, Ben Labigne stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rikard Frykberg came out of the goal and Ben Labigne tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ben Labigne took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rikard Frykberg. Rikard Frykberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arvid Kuntz in the 33rd minute of play forced FC Hamneskär's goalkeeper Rikard Frykberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35th minute, Ben Labigne made a precise shot to the right of Rikard Frykberg. FC Hamneskär's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. After some careless play in the FC Hamneskär defense, Ben Labigne kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rikard Frykberg. The FC Hamneskär fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rikard Frykberg should have stopped the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Rikard Frykberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ben Labigne, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Till Geppert didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gabriel Norberg went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arvid Kuntz in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rikard Frykberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 64th minute, Ben Labigne got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ben Labigne in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rikard Frykberg saved FC Hamneskär from getting behind. With an all-out effort, Hannover Reds's Rikard Frykberg threw himself towards the right post 68 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ben Labigne, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcus Bensch during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ben Labigne had several of the FC Hamneskär's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 85 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-7 score and a disappointed Rikard Frykberg as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Hamneskär's goalkeeper Rikard Frykberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Arvid Kuntz took a quick shot and it went in 1-8 without a chance for Rikard Frykberg to make any attempt to save it. After 92 minutes of play, Hannover Reds's Ben Labigne made it 1-9 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rikard Frykberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match was over Hannover Reds could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC Hamneskär throughout the match.
