Seating: 1812, VIP seats: 157) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Bawang Merah made the kick off which started today's match. Anak Habib took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eustacio Inko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vicente Ipar was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bawang Merah showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 5 minute of play. Anak Habib showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eustacio Inko in the 8th minute of the match. If Bawang Merah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Islas FC's Vicente Ipar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bawang Merah in the 10th minute of play. Ryan York might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Anak Habib. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ryan York ran back to his position shaking his head. SAPI FC's Bawang Merah got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Anak Habib showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benedicto Tonete in the 19th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the game, Eustacio Inko cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Anak Habib was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Vicente Ipar made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Bawang Merah sent off a good shot on target. In the 26th minute Bawang Merah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicente Ipar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Islas FC fans' excitement grew in the 28th match minute when Islas FC's Eustacio Inko looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The throw-in from Nestor Abaunza in the 34th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by SAPI FC's Jan Gotfryd. The supporters of SAPI FC booed when Islas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ryan York didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 39th minute Zhou Cheng Chen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicente Ipar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eustacio Inko stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hesky Latuihamalo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Bawang Merah came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the SAPI FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bawang Merah couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Bawang Merah managed to get in a good position for a shot. SAPI FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Bawang Merah was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vicente Ipar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Islas FC's Vicente Ipar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bawang Merah in the 61st minute of play. Norberto Admon made in the 73rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by SAPI FC's Zhou Cheng Chen. Islas FC's Vicente Ipar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bawang Merah in the 76th minute of play. In the 78th minute Islas FC were awarded a corner. Eustacio Inko went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Eustacio Inko got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Anak Habib quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When Aristides Ubendu, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 78 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Anak Habib was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Bawang Merah took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vicente Ipar. Vicente Ipar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Eustacio Inko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Anak Habib tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to SAPI FC getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Hesky Latuihamalo hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eustacio Inko in the 91st minute of play forced SAPI FC's goalkeeper Anak Habib to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in SAPI FC's zone, Eustacio Inko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anak Habib came out of the goal and Eustacio Inko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Islas FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
