Rikard Frykberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antony De Avila went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Antony De Avila in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rikard Frykberg saved FC Hamneskär from getting behind. In the 26thth minute of the game Antony De Avila who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Hamneskär's Rikard Frykberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rune Trillkott received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Emerson Leão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ixona Tabernilla hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Club Ibiza's Emerson Leão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rolf Palm in the 44th minute of play. In the 46thth minute of the game Antony De Avila who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Hamneskär's Rikard Frykberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antony De Avila in the 47th minute of play forced FC Hamneskär's goalkeeper Rikard Frykberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The FC Hamneskär players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Club Ibiza were winning 1-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Antony De Avila made a kick off. William Vivera who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 52ndth minute tested the skills of Rikard Frykberg when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 55th minute, Leonardo Näver hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 56th minute, Lucho Bustamante got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. William Vivera took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rikard Frykberg. Rikard Frykberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. After 60 played minutes Club Ibiza got a freekick which was hit by Ixona Tabernilla. Rune Trillkott might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emerson Leão. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rune Trillkott ran back to his position shaking his head. In the last second Rikard Frykberg throw himself and got hold of the ball when Antony De Avila in the 65thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when William Vivera got free with Rikard Frykberg in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rikard Frykberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Antony De Avila's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Antony De Avila put it in 1-5 from a short distance just to the right of Rikard Frykberg. The Club Ibiza fans' excitement grew in the 76th match minute when Club Ibiza's Lucho Bustamante looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-6 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 84th minute, Jerry Bengtsson sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Club Ibiza's Emerson Leão didn't even have to move. After 86 played minutes FC Hamneskär got a freekick which was hit by Rickard Falkrans. Ixona Tabernilla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Rikard Frykberg made a huge save. Rikard Frykberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Antony De Avila's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. The Club Ibiza supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Club Ibiza would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
