Hélder Madureira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Mario Kart tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mario Kart made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeferson Mandrak in the 11th minute of play. The supporters of Castanheiro SC booed when Club Ibiza was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ixona Tabernilla didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jeferson Mandrak took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mario Kart. Mario Kart dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Castanheiro SC's Pedrinho Guimarães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antony De Avila in the 21st minute of play. After 22 played minutes Castanheiro SC got a freekick which was hit by Eliézer da Silveira. Pedrinho Guimarães came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Club Ibiza's Antony De Avila. But to his dismay, Antony De Avila quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Pedrinho Guimarães made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rafa Sal in the 25th minute. Mario Kart took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kauan Rezende, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rafa Sal got free with Pedrinho Guimarães in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 29th minute of the match, Israel Montane got a very nice opportunity to score, but Pedrinho Guimarães was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 30th minute Club Ibiza were awarded a corner. Elequemedo San went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Club Ibiza's Elequemedo San to fire away a dangerous shot which Pedrinho Guimarães despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Rafa Sal who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 36thth minute tested the skills of Pedrinho Guimarães when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Pedrinho Guimarães made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Antony De Avila sent off a good shot on target. After 40 minutes of play, Castanheiro SC's Jeferson Mandrak made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mario Kart was left in no man's land by his defense there! Pedrinho Guimarães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antony De Avila in the 43rd minute of the match. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kauan Rezende to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kauan Rezende in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mario Kart prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 85 minutes of play, Club Ibiza's Rafa Sal made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Castanheiro SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Ibiza the free kick. The Club Ibiza manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Castanheiro SC to win.
