The tension between the Flying Dutch and the Loco Team FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tiago Correia kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Flying Dutch's Luís Paulo Romero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Navarro Atienza in the 19th minute of play. Michel Astudillo charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Michel Astudillo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Loco Team FC's Michel Astudillo got a free kick in the 21st minute. When Guerau Centeno fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Loco Team FC's protests and gave Guerau Centeno a yellow card for diving instead. In the 27th match minute, Loco Team FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guerau Centeno to maneuver through the defense. In the 29th minute Armando Labaras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Paulo Romero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Flying Dutch's Niceto Xacintu got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luís Paulo Romero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lekubegi Bollo in the 43rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Lekubegi Bollo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Loco Team FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Lekubegi Bollo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luís Paulo Romero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 48 minutes into the match, Niceto Xacintu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Camilo Sesto. Loco Team FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Niceto Xacintu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Niceto Xacintu made the kick off in the second half. Camilo Sesto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niceto Xacintu in the 53rd minute of the match. Michel Astudillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Paulo Romero having to interfere. In the 57th match minute, Loco Team FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xabel Gago to maneuver through the defense. Camilo Sesto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor de Salles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Camilo Sesto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Victor de Salles's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. The supporters of Flying Dutch booed when Loco Team FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flavio Olazarra didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Michel Astudillo in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luís Paulo Romero saved Flying Dutch from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Niceto Xacintu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Flying Dutch's supporters rose to their feet, but Niceto Xacintu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Camilo Sesto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Loco Team FC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Armando Labaras hit a great ball. In the 95th minute of the match, Lekubegi Bollo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Luís Paulo Romero was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Flying Dutch were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Loco Team FC for a fine match.
