Spectators: 7716 (Terracing: 5788, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 154) Ignacio Ebere made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 10th match minute, JEMBer UTara was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stevanus Avianto to maneuver through the defense. In the 11th minute, Cayetano Brion got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rafet Nesip could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Javier Milei made a huge save. In the 21st minute, Rafet Nesip ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Javier Milei was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rafet Nesip got free with Javier Milei in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 28th minute Ignacio Ebere shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mekki Pink saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Club El Progreso's Delfim Cordobé got a free kick in the 30th minute. In the 33rd minute, Stevanus Avianto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cayetano Brion recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 36th minute Delfim Cordobé shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mekki Pink saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yusuf Restiana hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. If Artemio Hegoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 47 minutes into the match, Club El Progreso's goalkeeper Javier Milei had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yusuf Restiana. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Delfim Cordobé could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Mekki Pink made a huge save. The supporters of JEMBer UTara booed when Club El Progreso was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alvaro Osmundo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Elano Rojo kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Club El Progreso's Javier Milei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stevanus Avianto in the 59th minute of play. Mekki Pink made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignacio Ebere in the 69th minute of play. Delfim Cordobé's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Mekki Pink firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 74th match minute, Club El Progreso was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alvaro Osmundo to maneuver through the defense. JEMBer UTara's Mekki Pink proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save JEMBer UTara from getting a goal against them. In the 90thth minute of the game Rafet Nesip who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club El Progreso's Javier Milei was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. JEMBer UTara were awarded a corner in the 91th minute after Club El Progreso's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Stevanus Avianto took the corner. Mekki Pink made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Delfim Cordobé sent off a good shot on target. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The JEMBer UTara fans cheered their team off the field, for while Club El Progreso had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
