Spectators: 7729 (Terracing: 5798, Seating: 1777, VIP seats: 154) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jerry Fristedt started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, Igor Porto sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and VfL Wolfsburg's Olle Tunander didn't even have to move. In the 8th minute Osmar Marinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olle Tunander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th minute Alfons Delin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Duda Soeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olle Tunander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osmar Marinho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jerry Fristedt in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Duda Soeiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to VfL Wolfsburg getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Marouane Kiefer hit a great ball. Duda Soeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jerry Fristedt in the 25th minute of the match. Martin Hedlund made a great header on VfL Wolfsburg's corner, it was just that Aesir FC FSCMZ's Duda Soeiro managed to reach the ball for a save. Délio Araújo hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Olle Tunander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osmar Marinho in the 31st minute of play. Jefferson Rodrigues fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olle Tunander having to interfere. In the 39th minute Osmar Marinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olle Tunander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Aesir FC FSCMZ's Osmar Marinho in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye VfL Wolfsburg's goalie prevented a goal. 41 minutes into the match, VfL Wolfsburg's goalkeeper Olle Tunander had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jefferson Rodrigues. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jefferson Rodrigues got free with Olle Tunander in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Olle Tunander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osmar Marinho in the 46th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jefferson Rodrigues stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Olle Tunander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jefferson Rodrigues in the 55th minute of the match. Duda Soeiro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alfons Delin in the 61st minute. In the 63rd minute, VfL Wolfsburg's Alfons Delin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Duda Soeiro. Duda Soeiro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Duda Soeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jerry Fristedt in the 69th minute of the match. Jerry Fristedts short, quick shot in the 72ndth minute got Duda Soeiro to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The supporters of VfL Wolfsburg booed when Aesir FC FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Doriva da Fonseca didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jerry Fristedt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 82 minutes into the match, Aesir FC FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Jerry Fristedt came free, but Duda Soeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88th minute Martin Hedlund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Duda Soeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfons Delin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jefferson Rodrigues in the 93rd minute of play forced VfL Wolfsburg's goalkeeper Olle Tunander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aesir FC FSCMZ were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing VfL Wolfsburg to leave the ground with a draw.
