With his leg Fabricio Nahia managed to avoid a goal in the 5thth minute, when Rank 1's Conny Vesterberg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domingo Peron in the 6th minute of play forced Rank 1's goalkeeper Marcus Hagström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Josué Eagles recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Conny Vesterberg in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabricio Nahia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rank 1's Fredric Åhman was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Fabricio Nahia in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. If Fabiano Antonini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rank 1's Conny Vesterberg was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 24th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Marcus Hagström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Casimiro Ayala, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 31 minutes, Fabricio Nahia successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. A collision led to San Fernando Eagles getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Rodrigo Lartaun hit a great ball. Conny Vesterberg had several of the San Fernando Eagles's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 33 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Fabricio Nahia as he didn't even see the shot coming. Fabiano Antonini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Fabricio Nahia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rank 1's Marcus Hagström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Casimiro Ayala in the 41st minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, Rank 1's goal looked a bit too open when Casimiro Ayala came free, but Marcus Hagström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 47th minute, Conny Vesterberg reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fabricio Nahia. The goal made the score 3-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Casimiro Ayala was the one to do the kick off. The Rank 1 fans' excitement grew in the 54th match minute when Rank 1's Conny Vesterberg looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 58th minute Fabiano Antonini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabricio Nahia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabricio Nahia was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fabricio Nahia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Conny Vesterberg in the 66th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Conny Vesterberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabricio Nahia was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. San Fernando Eagles's Fabricio Nahia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conny Vesterberg in the 71st minute of play. The audience was convinced that Conny Vesterberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabricio Nahia was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. Casimiro Ayala sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Rank 1 had won after a very even match.
