In the 10th match minute, Barrenta SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jânio Lopez to maneuver through the defense. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Çakır Baycan couldn't finish the play. In the 58th minute Çakır Baycan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nestor Carioca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Predators had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
