The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Sosnowe Klimaty's Aureliusz Fafinski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ermegildo Sotil in the 10th minute of play. Q. T. I.'s Paulo Txatxu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Q. T. I. from getting a goal against them. Aureliusz Fafinski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ermegildo Sotil in the 13th minute of play. Q. T. I.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lisandro Lucila in the 14th minute. Q. T. I.'s Lisandro Mero was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Aureliusz Fafinski in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The Q. T. I. fans' excitement grew in the 15th match minute when Q. T. I.'s Lisandro Mero looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Paulo Txatxu was a little too slow when Izydor Jajko got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 17th minute. The score was now 2-1. In the 20th minute, one of Q. T. I.:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Q. T. I.. Aureliusz Fafinski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nestor Chap, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 25th match minute, Q. T. I. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pablo Perutxo to maneuver through the defense. Paulo Txatxu was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Mikolaj Witkowski. After a rather tough play, Sosnowe Klimaty's Izydor Jajko got a free kick in the 29th minute. After 31 played minutes Sosnowe Klimaty got a freekick which was hit by Mikolaj Witkowski. Aureliusz Fafinski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nestor Chap, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. After 37 played minutes Sosnowe Klimaty got a freekick which was hit by Mikolaj Witkowski. Aureliusz Fafinski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severo Veronica, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lisandro Lucila hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. In the 44th minute Wojciech Pryputnicki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Txatxu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Q. T. I. booed when Sosnowe Klimaty was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mon Gera didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ermegildo Sotil to strike the kick off in the second half. With an all-out effort, Q. T. I.'s Aureliusz Fafinski threw himself towards the right post 52 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Severo Veronica, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 53 minutes into the game, Lázaro Haitz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Q. T. I.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sosnowe Klimaty the free kick. If Bartlomiej Patora had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lázaro Haitz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Aureliusz Fafinski made a huge save. Q. T. I.'s Paulo Txatxu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Izydor Jajko in the 60th minute of play. Nestor Chap charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nestor Chap the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Q. T. I. getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Nestor Chap hit a great ball. Paulo Txatxu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mon Gera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 69 minutes into the game, Q. T. I.'s Ermegildo Sotil nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aureliusz Fafinski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. 72 minutes into the match, Wojciech Pryputnicki notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Q. T. I.'s Paulo Txatxu. Paulo Txatxu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
