Lisandro Lucila took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 10th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Geronimo Montez. FrenaHayBache's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Q. T. I.'s Paulo Txatxu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Q. T. I. from getting a goal against them. Geronimo Montez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaime Menendo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 15 played minutes Q. T. I. got a freekick which was hit by Lázaro Haitz. After some careless play in the FrenaHayBache defense, Jaime Menendo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Geronimo Montez. The FrenaHayBache fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Geronimo Montez should have stopped the shot. In the 22nd minute, Anselmo Abeita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 27th minute, Erasmo Liberto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Geronimo Montez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jaime Menendo's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Geronimo Montez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaime Menendo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fidel Gai in the 30th minute of play forced Q. T. I.'s goalkeeper Paulo Txatxu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 32 minutes into the match, Q. T. I.'s goal looked a bit too open when Hugo Abajas came free, but Paulo Txatxu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, Jaime Menendo notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of FrenaHayBache's Geronimo Montez. Geronimo Montez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Amadeo Guillem got free with Paulo Txatxu in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 46 minutes into the match, Amadeo Guillem had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Paulo Txatxu. Q. T. I.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Amadeo Guillem was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Ermegildo Sotil made the kick off in the second half. A hard shot 51 in the game by Jaime Menendo from a close distance when the talented Geronimo Montez managed to make a qualified save. FrenaHayBache's players were relieved. 54 minutes into the match, Severo Veronica had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Geronimo Montez. FrenaHayBache's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Severo Veronica was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Paulo Txatxu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amadeo Guillem's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. Severo Veronica sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to FrenaHayBache getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Anselmo Abeita hit a great ball. In the 71st match minute, FrenaHayBache was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eusebio Urtats to maneuver through the defense. Hugo Abajas took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paulo Txatxu. Paulo Txatxu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. 78 minutes into the match, FrenaHayBache's goalkeeper Geronimo Montez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lázaro Haitz. Amadeo Guillem recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. FrenaHayBache were furious when Erasmo Liberto was red carded, 89 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The supporters of Q. T. I. booed when FrenaHayBache was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erasmo Liberto didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Pablo Perutxo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Q. T. I.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Pablo Perutxo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Geronimo Montez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. FrenaHayBache's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
