Krama Bollen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valdomiro Duarte in the 5th minute of the match. Enio Ceresso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafim Mesquita having to interfere. In the 14th minute Várzea F.C. were awarded a corner. Filipe Mendonça went to the cornerflag to take it. Serafim Mesquita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dino Amorim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 16 minutes into the match, Luiz Torres had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Serafim Mesquita. Várzea F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luiz Torres was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 19th match minute, Várzea F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filipe Mendonça to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geraldo Palmeira in the 19th minute of play forced Várzea F.C.'s goalkeeper Serafim Mesquita to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Norberto de Brito hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. In the 25thth minute of the game Enio Ceresso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Várzea F.C.'s Serafim Mesquita was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Krama Bollen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramiro Rosado, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valdomiro Duarte in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Krama Bollen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Várzea F.C. were awarded a corner in the 42th minute after Xandeco FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Filipe Mendonça took the corner. Várzea F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 43rd minute, when Dino Amorim scored to the left of an out of position Serafim Mesquita, making the score, 2-0. The supporters of Xandeco FC booed when Várzea F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filipe Mendonça didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dino Amorim was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Xandeco FC's Luiz Torres sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Serafim Mesquita narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Krama Bollen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdomiro Duarte in the 59th minute of play. Krama Bollen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valdomiro Duarte, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Luiz Torres recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee showed Iuri Paranaense the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Várzea F.C.'s Iuri Paranaense got a free kick in the 68th minute. Serafim Mesquita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enio Ceresso in the 73rd minute of the match. Valdomiro Duarte who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 74thth minute tested the skills of Krama Bollen when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alessandro Mandrak in the 77th minute of play forced Xandeco FC's goalkeeper Krama Bollen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th minute Alessandro Mandrak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Krama Bollen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Serafim Mesquita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dino Amorim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 93rd minute, Enio Ceresso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Serafim Mesquita was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Xandeco FC fully deserved thier win.
