Victor Valenzuela charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Victor Valenzuela the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Victor Valenzuela hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice moves Efrain Milian could shoot a difficult shot in the 6th minute, which Opah Gol however easily saved by the left post. GuateFortín's Opah Gol proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save GuateFortín from getting a goal against them. In the 12th minute, PINGO PINGO's Efrain Milian dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. The supporters of PINGO PINGO booed when GuateFortín was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dirk Behrens didn't get a good kick on the ball. GuateFortín's Opah Gol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnoldo Licerio in the 18th minute of play. Raul Isias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elias Pagomari, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Ernesto Fernandez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Raul Isias was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. 22 minutes into the match, PINGO PINGO's goal looked a bit too open when Ernesto Fernandez came free, but Raul Isias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ernesto Fernandez in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Raul Isias saved PINGO PINGO from getting behind. Opah Gol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Efrain Milian in the 29th minute of play. When Tomas Bertin fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PINGO PINGO's protests and gave Tomas Bertin a yellow card for diving instead. In the 30th minute of the match Juan José Ferraro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Raul Isias skillfully saved the ball. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind GuateFortín's goalkeeper Opah Gol, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 33 minutes into the match, GuateFortín's goal looked a bit too open when Efrain Milian came free, but Opah Gol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The GuateFortín fans' excitement grew in the 34th match minute when GuateFortín's Elias Pagomari looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 45 minutes into the match, GuateFortín's goal looked a bit too open when Efrain Milian came free, but Opah Gol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ernesto Fernandez struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Raul Isias didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GuateFortín. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arnoldo Licerio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, PINGO PINGO's Efrain Milian nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Opah Gol made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Opah Gol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Efrain Milian in the 60th minute of play. Opah Gol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Efrain Milian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 62 minutes into the match, GuateFortín's goal looked a bit too open when Efrain Milian came free, but Opah Gol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Opah Gol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Efrain Milian, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. In the 83rd minute, Elias Pagomari reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Raul Isias. The goal made the score 5-2. Opah Gol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Efrain Milian in the 90th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elias Pagomari got free with Raul Isias in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. GuateFortín's Opah Gol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Efrain Milian in the 97th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the PINGO PINGO players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
